The Records Production Clerk is responsible for reviewing records received from facilities, entering detailed notes into our Company database, and invoicing clients for the obtained records.
Daily Duties:
- Produces records timely and accurately per Company guidelines
- Converts, scans, uploads and files records
- Successfully maintains accurate internal/client database
- Effectively communicates with the team to meet daily operational goals
- Adheres to policies regarding confidentiality and sensitive documents
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:

Call Center Representative
Paszkiewicz Records Retrieval is dedicated to excellent customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and motivated team player who is interested in growing with the Paszkiewicz team. The Call Center Representative is responsible for following up with facilities after requests are processed and entering detailed notes to ensure that records are obtained in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Follows office protocol when handling different tasks
- Handles a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Clearly communicates with facilities to obtain records
- Enters detailed and accurate notes in Company software application
- Effectively communicates with team to meet daily operational goals
- Adheres to policies regarding confidentiality and sensitive information
- Faxing, filing, scanning, general office needs
Qualifications/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Reliable team player and self-starter
- Works successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and complete requested tasks
- Professional phone etiquette
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in computer applications and data entry

- Produces professional and accurate correspondence
- Proofreads entries to ensure accuracy prior to submitting
- Effectively communicates with team to meet daily operational goals
- Adheres to policies regarding confidentiality and sensitive documents
- Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Reliable team player and self-starter
- 1-2 years of previous medical office or processing experience preferred
