Q: How will I know if you received my request to schedule?
A: After submitting your request on the Schedule a Reporter form, a confirmation that your submission was received successfully will be displayed. Please check your inbox after submitting your request for our scheduling acknowledgement.

Q: Do you offer videoconferencing for meetings and depositions?
A: Yes, we do. Contact a member of our scheduling team at (855) 595-3577 to schedule videoconferencing services. You can also find a list of our services here.

Q: How does videoconferencing work?
A: We have state-of-the-art equipment to provide you with the video services you need. We utilize multiple platforms, choosing the best for your needs, the location of the witness, and your preference. Audio and video testimony will be streamed to all parties requesting to participate in videoconferencing. We recommend a line test one business day prior to the scheduled proceeding. Contact our scheduling team at scheduling@spreporting.com to schedule your videoconference.

Q: Do you have conference rooms available for meetings and depositions?
A: Yes. We have several conference rooms available at each of our locations. Click here to see available locations. Our scheduling team is also available to assist with booking a location for you. Contact our team at scheduling@spreporting.com to book a conference room.

How to Use the Website

Q: How can I order a transcript?
A: We offer the following options:

  1. Call our office at (855) 595-3577.
  2. Fill out our online order a transcript form.
  3. Email our production team at production@spreporting.com.

To help ensure we process your request correctly, please provide the following information:

  • Witness name and date of deposition
  • Indicate the client you represent in this matter
  • Client reference number, if applicable
  • Your preferred format (electronic, paper copy, condensed, etc.)
  • If exhibits were marked and retained, do you want a copy?
  • Indicate the date you need the transcript (standard delivery is 10 business days)
  • If you have several offices, indicate which office is to be billed

Q: How do I access the Paszkiewicz repository?
A: If you are new to our repository, you will need login credentials to access the repository. You may obtain login information by sending a request to production@spreporting.com. After approval, we will set up access for you. If you are a registered user, click here.

Q: What can I download or view on your repository?
A: You can view the transcripts you have ordered on a case, the exhibits, and any video files that you have requested.

Q: Will I be notified if something is uploaded for our firm on your repository?
A: If you are a registered user, yes, you will be notified that a file has been uploaded to the case folder.

How to Use the Deposition Dashboard

If you are a registered user on our website, you will have access to exclusive Paszkiewicz client features.

Deposition Dashboard FAQ

Q: How do I log into the Deposition Dashboard?
A: If you are not a registered user, call (855) 595-3577 to request access. If you are a registered user, you can log in from the top right corner of any web page on a desktop, or the top of any mobile device.

Q: What happens if I lose my password?
A: Simply reset it on the login screen by choosing “Forgot Password?”. You may also call our office at (855) 595-3577 for assistance.

Q: How do I reset my password?
A: On the login screen you will see an option to reset your password or you may call our office at (855) 595-3577.

Q: How do I find a specific deposition?
A: You can scroll through the list of depositions if you know it is a recent addition, or you can use the search feature. The search feature is located in the sidebar. You will need either the deposition title, witness name, case number, or the date the deposition is to take place to complete the search. Depositions prior to 2018 will need to be requested. You can make that request by calling a member of our production team at (855) 595-3577 or by sending an email to production@spreporting.com.

Q: What do I do if I cannot find the deposition I am searching for?

Q: How do I register for a deposition?
A: We are happy to walk you through it over the phone, if needed. Call us at (855) 595-3577, or follow these steps once you are logged into the Deposition Dashboard:

  1. Either scroll to the desired deposition or search for it using the search feature in the sidebar.
  2. Once you have found the right deposition, click the deposition title.
  3. After the deposition loads, you will see “Register for this Deposition?” with a checkbox. Click the checkbox.
  4. Enter your information.
  5. Click submit, and you are officially registered. The deposition will now appear under your list of registered depositions.

Q: How do I sign-up to receive alerts about a specific deposition?
A: Once you have logged into the Deposition Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Either scroll to the desired deposition or search for it using the search feature in the sidebar.
  2. Once you have found the right deposition click on the deposition title.
  3. After the deposition loads, you will see three tabs just below the button labeled “Back to Dashboard.” The tabs are labeled “Register,” “Alerts,” and “Documents.” Select the one labeled “Alerts.”
  4. Now just fill out the information requested, and you will begin receiving alerts when there is a change or update to that deposition.

Q: I am a registered user but my attorney is not. How can I register the attorney to receive alerts?
A: You can add anyone’s email address to be notified by alerts. Simply follow the four steps listed in the answer above, and enter your attorney’s email address.

Q: How do I view the uploaded documents associated with a deposition?
A: You begin by going to the desired deposition. After the deposition loads, you will see three tabs just below the button labeled “Back to Dashboard.” The tabs are labeled “Register,” “Alerts,” and “Documents.” Select the one labeled “Documents.” Once there, you will see the list of documents associated with that deposition. Select the document you would like to view.
